Do This the Next Time You “Freak Out”

Today I’m sharing a super simple and easy to implement trick that will help you tremendously the next time you’re having a “freak out” moment.  Try it when you’re in crazy traffic, your computer breaks down, you’re nervous about a big presentation you’re about to give, during conflict with others, or anytime when you want to feel calm and centered in stressful times.  I’d love to hear how it goes for you so please comment below to let me know.
