Last week I wrote about this subject and I’m well aware that many of us don’t like to or don’t have the time to read about these things so I decided to post a video about it too.  This subject is really important so it definitely warrants both a written and video article.  If you did read the blog, I give some additional tips here that I didn’t include last week.
