Over the last few months, I’ve been having fun creating an original, fairly simple belly dance choreography. I filmed it in a few awesome locations, Turks and Caikos (yes the background in the video is totally real), Downtown LA with Disney Hall in the Background and Central Park in Huntington Beach. Now I want to teach it to you in a free 5-day Belly Dance Challenge which takes place July 10th-July 14th.
I created this because I know how healing just a few minutes of dance can be. It can completely change your mood, outlook and energy in such a short time. Once you know the dance, you can dance it whenever you feel like a little pick me up or you just want to have fun. My friends and I do this dance all the time and we always feel pretty darn happy after we do it. I’d love to share that joy with you too.
