A fast movement break for you hamstring stretch

Last week I shared a really yummy lower back stretch and got some wonderful feedback and requests for specific stretches people want to see in future videos.

This week, in response to one of those requests, I have a quick and easy hamstring stretch for you. Stretching your hamstrings helps improve posture, reduces back pain, increases flexibility and reduces injury.
