A Quick and Easy Hip Fexor Stretch

This week I have a quick and simple hip flexor stretch for you.  Try it out anytime you need a quick movement break.  It’s particularly helpful after extended periods of sitting.  Whether it’s at your desk, a long meeting, a plane, train or car trip, this stretch will definitely help loosen things up and give your body a movement reset.
