A Great Stretch For Your Hips You Dont Even Have To Get Up For It

This week I have a quick and simple hip rotator (also known as piriformis and glutes) stretch for you.  You don’t even have to get up for it and anyone can benefit from doing it.  Try it out and see how it makes your hips feel.
